The sole reason for our existence is to serve the needs of the aging. Every employee in our organization is involved in serving the people for whom St. Paul's was established. Working here is more than just a job; it is a commitment to St. Paul's and the residents to provide care with compassion, respect and tender loving care.
Our desire is to provide the ultimate in care and comfort for the aging, convalescent and infirm. We are proud of our physical plant and modern equipment. We recognize, however, that without competent personnel, our facilities are of little value. Clearly, every employee contributes to our growth and quality of care. Each of us serves the resident, his family and the community. In rendering this service, we all have the responsibility to create and maintain an atmosphere of friendliness; kindness and happiness to those we serve.
St. Paul's strives to keep open the channel of communication between our managers, supervisors and our employees. We respect the right of each employee and welcome the opportunity for staff to come forward and express concerns and opinions. The only way we can continue to grow and improve is for each of us to feel free to contribute to our common good. Our philosophy is to do everything possible to continue and improve an excellent working relationship.
